Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages. However, as a service provider, we are under no obligation neither to monitor any third-party information transmitted or stored nor to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Our obligations under general law to remove or block the use of information remain unaffected. A liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content in question immediately.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties. We do not have any influence on the content of those pages. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking.
However, a permanent content control of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such links immediately.
The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. As far as personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) on our sides are raised, this always takes place as far as possible on voluntary basis. Such data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- browerser typ and browser version
- used operating system
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request.
This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. A merge of this data with other data sources will not be done. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively, if we become aware of specific indications for illegal use.
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Integration of services and contents of third parties
It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are included on our website. This always presupposes that the providers of this content recognise the IP address of the users. We endeavour to use only content of providers who use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content. However, we do not have any influence on the use of the IP address by the third party, e.g. if they save it for statistical purposes.
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of sensitive content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the changing of the address line of the browser from “http://” to “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is enabled, the data you submit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Right to information, cancellation, blocking
At any time, you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin, recipient and the purpose of the data processing. You also have the right to correct, block or delete this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can always contact us at the address given in the “Impressum”.
In the event of a discrepancy or difference in interpretation between various language versions of this legal notice, the German language version shall prevail.
